These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Codmir's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Codmir provides a unified project management and quality assurance platform that includes:
- Ticket tracking and project management tools
- Live dashboards and analytics
- Release health monitoring
- QA execution and testing workflows
- Team collaboration features
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Data Safeguards and Waiver
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data and will continue to refine those safeguards as Codmir evolves. Even with reasonable measures in place, no system is entirely immune from accidental disclosure, and you acknowledge and accept that inherent risk when using the service.
- You release Codmir from liability for inadvertent exposure of data that occurs despite our commercially reasonable safeguards, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Codmir will never sell your personal or project data to third parties, and any sharing is limited to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Creating an account—including through OAuth or other federated sign-up flows—constitutes your automatic acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms and the accompanying user-protection waiver.
5. Data Ownership, Storage, and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You Own Your Data: All project data, tickets, documents, and content you create belongs to you
- Storage Responsibility: You are responsible for your data storage. You may either pay codmir for storage or export and store your data elsewhere
- Data Export: You can export your data at any time in standard formats
- Data Preservation: We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but you should maintain your own backups
- Third-Party Storage: Some data may be stored with third-party providers under strict confidentiality agreements
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- We provide transparency into how we handle and process your information
6. Beta Status and No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: codmir is currently in BETA. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable due to the beta status of the software
- No Trials: There are no free trial periods. You pay from day one for PRO and PREMIUM plans
- Pay As You Go: Free tier is available with usage limits. Paid plans unlock additional features
- Beta Testing Agreement: You agree to use this software as a test tool for your daily tasks
- Feature Changes: Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice during beta
- Waitlist Users: Users who joined through the waitlist have agreed to the beta use agreement
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued
7. Intellectual Property
Codmir and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, including:
- Software, technology, and algorithms
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Documentation and user interfaces
- Aggregated and anonymized usage data
8. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability:
- We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
- We may suspend service for violations of these Terms
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We provide the service "as is" without warranties
- You use the service at your own risk
10. Account Deletion and Termination
Account deletion and termination policies:
- Account Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings
- 200-Day Grace Period: Deleted accounts are soft-deleted and scheduled for permanent removal after 200 days
- Recovery Period: During the 200-day period, you may cancel deletion and restore your account
- Permanent Deletion: After 200 days, your account and associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted
- Anti-Abuse Measure: The 200-day grace period protects against malicious actors who may attempt to exploit the system
- We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms immediately
- We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
- Upon termination for violations, no grace period applies
11. Prohibited Conduct and Bad Actors
To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tiers, promotions, or referral programs
- Fraud: Any form of payment fraud, chargebacks in bad faith, or financial manipulation
- Scamming: Attempting to deceive other users or codmir for personal gain
- Abuse of Benefits: Using deceptive means to obtain benefits, credits, or features multiple times
- Identity Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or providing false identity information
- System Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes for unauthorized benefits
Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for serious violations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will notify you of material changes
- Changes take effect 30 days after notification
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- You may terminate if you disagree with changes
13. Governing Law

By using codmir's services or creating an account—including through OAuth or the waitlist—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and automatically accept the latest version of these Terms, the beta testing agreement, the no-refund policy, and the user-protection waiver. You agree to pay for usage and own responsibility for your data storage.
